'The Mindfulness of Seminaria:

The Art of Accessing our Internal Poetry App for insight and wellbeing'

More information available on Gaylene’s website HOME | The Mindfulness of Seminaria

Guest speaker and guide to the art of mindful Seminaria Gaylene Denford-Wood

In 2018 Gaylene completed a doctoral study on the effects of a simple poetic form she called ‘The mindfulness of Seminaria’. Her findings illuminated the vitality of the nature and being, use and potential of the mindfulness of Seminaria, whether for personal–professional direction, emotional understanding, or cognitive enrichment.

Gaylene is a plenary speaker at this year’s CANZ conference, but we have the opportunity and privilege to sit with her teachings and guidance in person. Gaylene is a wonderfully warm, engaging and interactive communicator who allows space for experimentation and exploration of our internal poetry apps. Janetta, Joy and I look forward to you joining us for an afternoon of creativity and collegial encouragement and support. Any questions please contact me directly.

Warmest regards,

Julie (Chair Manawatu-Whanganui)
